Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not prevent either party from seeking appropriate injunctive relief in another jurisdiction when necessary to protect intellectual-property or confidential rights.

OWP may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
