Social Media Community Guidelines

Effective date September 21, 2026

These Social Media Community Guidelines apply when you interact with an official social-media page maintained by OWP Pharmaceuticals, Inc., including OWP pages on Facebook or LinkedIn. They do not govern the Facebook or LinkedIn sharing links on OWP's Website, which simply allow visitors to share a Website page through their own third-party account.

Purpose of OWP Social Media

OWP may use social media to share company news, educational information, and other updates. Social-media content is general information for a United States audience. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for approved product labeling or consultation with a healthcare professional.

Not for Emergencies or Medical Advice

OWP social-media pages are not emergency channels and may not be reviewed regularly or outside ordinary business hours. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care. Do not use social media to request diagnosis, treatment, dosing, or other patient-specific medical advice.

Adverse Events and Product Complaints

Do not post private medical information publicly. If a post or message reports a potential adverse event or product-quality complaint involving an OWP product, OWP may be required to document the report, contact the person for follow-up information, and disclose information to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or another regulatory authority. OWP may remove the public post to protect privacy or satisfy legal and platform requirements, but removal does not mean the report will be disregarded.

To report a suspected adverse reaction or product-quality complaint, contact OWP at 1-800-273-6729. Suspected adverse reactions may also be reported to FDA MedWatch at 1-800-FDA-1088 or https://www.fda.gov/medwatch.

Protect Your Privacy

Social-media posts and comments may be visible to the public and may be copied or shared by others. Do not post your medical history, diagnosis, treatment details, medication information, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, financial information, insurance information, or other sensitive information. OWP cannot control how other users or the social-media platform use information you make public.

Community Standards

When interacting with an OWP social-media page, do not post or transmit content that:

• is threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or intentionally disruptive;
• contains profanity, graphic material, or sexually explicit content;
• promotes illegal activity or violates another person's rights;
• contains false or misleading medical or product claims, including unapproved-use promotion;
• offers patient-specific medical advice or attempts to diagnose or treat another person;
• reveals another person's private or confidential information;
• infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other proprietary rights;
• is spam, repetitive solicitation, advertising, fundraising, or unrelated commercial promotion;
• contains malware, harmful code, or deceptive links;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents an affiliation with OWP; or
• violates the rules of the social-media platform.

Moderation

OWP may review, hide, remove, report, or decline to respond to content that violates these Guidelines or applicable law, and may restrict or block an account when appropriate. OWP is not obligated to monitor every post or respond to every comment. The presence of a comment does not mean OWP agrees with or endorses it.

OWP may preserve content and related information when reasonably necessary for safety, pharmacovigilance, product-quality, legal, regulatory, or recordkeeping purposes.

Your Content

You remain responsible for content you post. By posting publicly on an OWP social-media page, you give OWP a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, document, and publicize the social-media community, subject to applicable law and the platform's terms. OWP will handle personal information as described in its Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Platforms

Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social-media platforms are independent third parties. Their terms, privacy policies, data practices, accessibility features, and technical operations apply to your use of their services. OWP does not control them and is not responsible for their actions or availability.

Employees and Representatives

Statements by OWP employees or representatives on personal accounts are their own unless OWP has expressly authorized the person to speak on its behalf. OWP personnel must also follow applicable internal policies and legal and regulatory requirements.

Changes to These Guidelines

OWP may update these Guidelines by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued interaction with an OWP social-media page after the effective date is subject to the revised Guidelines.
